- Candidates must have at least two years of experience and will perform CNC Lathes and Mill set-ups/operations.
- Will work on CNC machine centers to fabricate metal parts
- The CNC machinist loads parts in the machine, cycles the machine, and detects malfunctions in machine operations, such as worn or damaged cutting tools.
- The position runs production lots, communicates with co-workers regarding production runs, and maintains a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
- Under minimal supervision, this position works in a tool crib to receive, store, issue, and maintain hand tools and other machine pieces and equipment.
- Keeps records of tool crib inventory and tools and equipment issued
- Inspects tools and equipment for defects
- Makes minor repairs
- Prepares repair tickets
- Under minimal supervision, this position sets up and controls the operation of shaping, helping welders, sandblasting, and flame spraying.
- Uses all tools that are associated with the processes listed in this position.
- Inspects results with appropriate gauges to ensure conformance to specifications.
- Works on complex parts requiring exacting tolerances
- Under minimal supervision, this position sets up and controls the operation of deburring and other related tooling machines to perform grinding, deburring, or chamfering operations on metal parts.

Job Summary
The Customer Service Fulfillment Associate (CSFA) is responsible for handling all E-ZPass customer tag and supply requests, and tag inventory. The position includes the following duties and responsibilities, not necessarily in the order listed:
- Fulfillment of mailed tag and Dual Lock requests
- Fulfillment of walk-in tag and Dual Lock requests
- Maintaining spreadsheet of pick-up tag requests
- Mass printing and folding of informational materials
- Assembly of info packets (brochure, map, agreement, customer profile letter, FAQs)
- Removal of unused Dual Lock tabs from returned tags
- New Tag testing
- Maintains storage of inventory
- Delivers mail tubs to and from mailroom
- Breaks down and recycles shipping materials
- Additional duties as assigned
- Must use keyboard, mouse, and monitor (for Microsoft Office, email, etc.)
- Must be able to learn Customer Management System (CAMS)
- Must be able to work 15 to 30 hours per week

Duties CNC Mill Machinist:

Duties/Responsibilities:
Lease/Rentals
- Compiles necessary verifications of income/deductions and computes rent amounts for program admissions.
- Prepares and mail lease Addendum/Contract Addendum to all parties.
- Processes interim rent adjustment when there are program or benefit changes (e.g.., utility allowances, income /deductions, or contract rent increases).
- Identifies unreported or misrepresented income and prepares a Repayment Agreement and submits to Finance for collection.
- Works with property owners and private market landlords to promote quality and meaningful housing choices for program participants by explaining rent reasonableness and affordability guidelines and negotiating rents when they exceed these guidelines
- Associates Degree and a minimum of Three (3) years of professional experience providing administrative support for low- income housing programs or similar populations.
- Customer service experience desired,
- Candidates should have a strong computer skill (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook). Must have the ability to learn other computer software programs as required by assigned tasks.
- Candidates with Yardi software experience will be highly considered.
