Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance professional to join our team in a dynamic manufacturing facility. Candidates will maintain production and quality by ensuring the operation of machinery and mechanical equipment.

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Job Duties:

• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on engines, hydraulic, electrical, forklifts, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, welding, and production machines; following diagrams, sketches, operations manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, and engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation; and listening for problems.
• Removes defective parts by dismantling devices; using hoists, cranes, and hand and power tools.
• Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges.
• Prepares mechanical maintenance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
• Candidates must be able to work in a dirty shop and work in harsh weather as required.
• Candidates must have at least 3 years of related experience.
